Meet Cait

Cait is a coffee roaster, green buyer, and unapologetic champion of women in the specialty coffee industry. Based in the mountains of Wyoming, she brings experience, curiosity, and caffeinated storytelling to every roast and now, to every episode of Tiny Sidecar.

With a background in sourcing, roasting, and team leadership, Cait knows her way around both a cupping table and a tough conversation. She started Tiny Sidecar to carve out space for honest, uplifting, and often hilarious conversations about coffee, creativity, and community.

When she’s not behind the roaster or mic, you’ll find her trail running, deep in a good book, or making elaborate plans for her next origin trip.
